Red is the worst colour for anything, ever.

That engine bay spaghetti is sure intimidating.

I like it myself, but it has one scary part.

Uh...thats a pretty nice XJS. I don’t love the wheels, but it looks like it’s in great shape. Maybe not quite worth $6500, but it’s definitely a $5000 car.
Also, the fact that it still has it’s V12 excludes it from any discussion about the worst Jaguar ever. The worst Jaguars have all been lumped.

They’re actually not nearly as bad as they look. Like theres a lot going on, but they’re relatively simple engines...I feel like Jaguar made them look like hell to prevent owners from working on them.

I like my Jags like I like my Fords ... With a Chevy engine.

I’m fine when somebody does it to an XJ6 or a crappy XJS...it’s just kind of a shame when they do it to a nice one. A well maintained Jag v12 is a fantastic engine to drive.

Sorry, this is the worst Jaguar ever:

Yours is a fairly low mile XJS with an unflattering paint job.

My dad was the most die hard Chevy guy ever. Even he spoke of the Jag v12 with reverence.

It was a great design built by exactly the wrong people. Give it to GM or Mercedes and it’s an engine we talk about as legendary for good reasons...but in BL’s hands it was kind of a nightmare, haha.

I like the color keyed wheels.

It really looks no worse than than the vacuum line nightmare that is my Toyota...

Oh, ok then.

Not saying much though. It’s terrifying.
